Pavlos Oikonomou-Gouras was a Greek diplomat, foreign minister and permanent representative of Greece to the United Nations.
Oikonomou-Gouras entered the diplomatic corps in 1921. He served, among other posts, in Tehran, Lisbon, Rome, Ankara and Washington.
He was the permanent representative of Greece to the UN between 1960 and 1961.
He served as Minister for Foreign Affairs three times between the years of 1963 and 1967.
