Manolis Klikopoulos was a Greek football defender who played for Ethnikos Piraeus during the 1950s. He moved on to Aegaleo and subsequently to AEK, just before the 1963 season, along with his teammate Manolis Kanellopoulos. Unlike Kanellopoulos, however, he never established himself as a regular.

Klikopoulos died on September 11, 2009 at the age of 77.
