Kostas Negris is a Greek former football defender of the 1960s - 1970s era.

Negris played in the Alpha Ethniki for Panionios from 1963 until 1970 when he transferred to Apollon Athens. He ended his career in 1974.

Over all, Negris appeared in more than top-league 220 games.
