Orestes Karnezis is a Greek football goalkeeper.

Karnezis was born on July 11, 1985 in Athens but grew up on the island of Corfu where he first started playing football for local junior teams.

He started his pro career at OFI Crete in 2003 and was acquired in 2007 by Panathinaikos.
