Kefalovrysi (Greek Κεφαλοβρύσι) is a town in the municipality of Viannos, Heraklio prefecture, Crete, Greece.
The population of Kefalovrysi, according to the 2001 census, was 162 inhabitants.
Οn September 14, 1943, 36 of its inhabitants - including two women - were executed by the German occupation forces in retaliation for the death of 84 of their soldiers in a battle with Greek guerrillas nearby.
