Dimitris Eleftheropoulos is a retired Greek football goalkeeper whose best years were spent at Olympiakos Piraeus.
Eleftheropoulos was born on August 7, 1976 in Piraeus. He started his career at Olympiakos in 1994 and stayed with that club until 2004. During that period, he won seven league titles and one Cup.
Afterwards, he tried his luck abroad in Italy with AC Milan, Roma, Ascoli and Siena. He returned to Greece in 2009 to play for PAS Giannina. Afterwards, he played one season for Iraklis Thessaloniki and ended his career in 2011 with Panionios.
During his career, Eleftheropoulos was capped 12 times by the National Football Team of Greece.
