Antonis Roupakiotis is a Greek lawyer, one-time President of the Athens Bar Association and member of cabinet under two governments.

Roupakiotis was born in Athani, on the island of Lefkada, in 1938. He is a lawyer by profession who was elected twice to serve as President of the Athens Bar Association.

On May 17, 2012, he was appointed Minister for Employment and Social Protection in the caretaker government of Panagiotis Pikrammenos.

As of June 21, 2012, he serves as Minister of Justice, Transparency and Human Rights in the government of Antonis Samaras.
