Orestes Karnezis is a Greek football goalkeeper.

Karnezis was born on July 11, 1985 in Athens but grew up on the island of Corfu where he first started playing football for local junior club O.F. Agios Matthaios.

He started his pro career at OFI Crete in 2003 and was acquired in 2007 by Panathinaikos. In the summer of 2013 Karnezis signed a five year contract at Italian side Udinese, where he stayed until 2018 including two spells of one season each as a loanee at Granada (Spain) and Watford (England). In the summer of 2018 Karnezis signed a three-season contract at Italian topclub Napoli.

Karnezis made his international debut with the National Football Team of Greece in a February 29, 2012 friendly against Belgium. His tally sofar: 49 caps.
