Yiannis Michailidis (Greek: Γιάννης Μιχαηλίδης; born February 18, 2000) is a Greek football professional who plays as a centre-back for PAOK and the National Football Team.

He scored his first Super League goal on July 4, 2020 in an away game against OFI in the play-offs.

On March 13, 2022 he suffered a total rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament, a rupture through the meniscus and a second-degree ligament injury in a match against Giannina.

As of March 27, 2023 Michailidis has been capped two times for the Ethniki.
