Thanasis Dimopoulos is a former Greek football forward of the 1980s - 1990s era.
Dimopoulos was born on April 21, 1963. He played for Panathinaikos, Iraklis Thessaloniki and PAOK.
For a period of 2.5 years, Dimopoulos played for Panathinaikos alongside his brother Christos. Their younger brother Foukos also played top-league football.
Thanasis Dimopoulos was capped three times in his career with the National Football Team of Greece.
