Mavrochori (Greek Μαυροχώρι) is a town in the municipality of Makednes, Kastoria prefecture, Macedonia, Greece.
Mavrochori is situated east of the city of Kastoria. The population of the town, according to the 2001 census was 1554 inhabitants, while that of the municipality 3468.
