Themistocles "Themis" Moustaklis was a Greek football player of the 1950s.
Moustaklis was born in 1934 in Volos, Thessaly. He played for Olympiakos from 1953 until 1958 when he died of cancer.
During his playing career, Moustaklis was capped once by the National Football Team of Greece.
