Revani or Ravani is a Greek syrup cake dessert.

Revani is made with flour, semolina, eggs, baking soda and other ingredients. It is baked and then a honey-based syrup is poured over it. It is noticeably lighter in consistency than the Samali, another Greek syrup cake.
