Dimitris Koutsoukis was a Greek athlete, a shot put thrower.
Koutsoukis was born on December 8, 1962 in Athens. He was an athlete of Peiraikos Syndesmos.
Koutsoukis holds the Greek record for the shot put at 20.74m, achieved on July 16, 1989 in Drama, Macedonia, Greece. He also holds the indoor record at 20.27, achieved on March 14, 1986 in Oklahoma, USA.
Among his accomplishments was a gold medal in the Mediterranean Games of 1987.
