Amyntaio is a town and a municipality in Florina prefecture, Macedonia, Greece.

The population of the town, in 2001, was 4,407 inhabitants while that of the entire municipality 8,378.

Amyntaio is the birthplace of PASOK politician and former head of athletics Giorgos Lianis.
