Dilesi (Greek Δήλεσι) is a town in the municipality of Tanagra, Boeotia prefecture, in Central Greece. It is situated on the coast of the Southern Euboea Gulf, 50km from Athens.

The population of the town, according to the 2001 census was 3126 inhabitants.

On April 6, 1870, a battle between bandits and the Greek Army took place in Dilesi which cost the lives of 10 soldiers, 7 bandits and the four foreign hostages the gang was holding. This event went down in history as the "Massacre at Dilesi".
