Fry is a settlement on the Greek island of Kassos, in the southern Aegean Dodecanese complex.
Fry is the major town on Kassos and its administrative capital, housing the island's municipal office, its police station, post office, etc. It is also the main port of Kassos. It was built in 1840 by settlers from Agia Marina.
Emporios
Just 500 metres west of Fry is Emporios, which was the old port of Kassos before Fry was built. Byzantine-era ruins have been found south of Emporios.
