Nicholas IV Mouzalon (Greek Νικόλαος Μουζάλων) was a 12th century clergyman who served as Patriarch of Constantinople from 1147 until 1151.

Nicholas had served as Archbishop of Cyprus. In 1110, he moved to Constantinople where he founded the Kosmidios Monastery.

He was a man of letters and his education and ascetic life caught the attention of Byzantine emperor Manuel I Comnenus who made him Patriarch of Constantinople in 1147. Nicholas served in that capacity for four years, then withdrew to the monastery he had founded.
