Oinousses or Oinoussai (Greek: Οινούσσες), alternative form: Agnousses is a barren island some 5km from the Greek island of Chios and west of Turkey as well as a community and a municipality. Oinousses and its island chains lie in a bay area. Noteworthy perhaps because of the abundance of wealthy shipbrokers, and because of an alleged miracle, that led to the building of a monastery, it is hard to find any reason to like the island, much less stay here overnight. There are some small beaches, but they are "average" as far as tourism is concerned.
