Vasilis Mastrakoulis (sometimes rendered as "Mastrakoulias") was a Greek football winger of the 1960s era.

Mastrakoulis played his football for Apollon Athens. His career was interrupted when he was accused and tried for statutory rape. Mastrakoulis was eventually acquitted of all charges.
