Formed in 1961 by the merger of Pallevadeiaki and Trofonios, Levadiakos first played in the A' Division in 1987. Since then they have had three stints in the top league of Greece: 1987 - 1991, 1993 - 1995 and 2005 - Present. Colours: Green and blue.
