Tibor Kemeny was a Hungarian football player and coach.

Kemeny was born on March 5, 1913. He played as a forward for Ferencvaros and the Hungarian national football team (5 caps). He took part in the 1934 World Cup in Italy.

Kemeny coached Olympiakos Piraeus from 1957 till 1958.

He died in 1992.
