KAO Drama BC (Greek Καλαθοσφαιρικός Αθλητικός Όμιλος Δράμας = Basketball Athletic Club of Drama) is a Greek basketball club based in Drama, eastern Macedonia, Greece.
KAOD was founded in 1989 when the basketball section of AO Drama broke off from the parent club.
The club competed in the A2 League for the first time in 1999-2000. The following season they won the A2 title and were promoted to the top-league A1. They were relegated in their maiden season.
KAOD compete in "Dimitrios Krachtsidis Stadium". Their colours are red and white.
