Calliope Ouzouni (Greek Καλλιόπη Ουζούνη) is a retired Greek athlete who competed in the shot put.
Ouzouni was born on February 8, 1973 in Thessaloniki. She was an athlete of Panellinios Gymnastic Club.
Ouzouni set the Greek record in the shot put with 18,63m on September 28, 2000 in the Sydney Olympic Games. It has since been broken by Irene Terzoglou.
Her overall career personal best throw in outdoor competition was 18.90m, achieved on May 1, 2004 in Kalamata. Her personal best indoor throw was 19.03m, achieved on January 22, 2000, in Piraeus, which still stands as a Greek record.
