Spyros Sklavounos was a Greek football goalkeeper of the 1920s - 1930s era.
Sklavounos was born in 1912 in Thessaloniki and started playing football for Thermaikos in 1929. In 1931, he transferred to Panathinaikos where he played until 1936 when he moved to AEK. At AEK, Sklavounos won two national championships (1939 and 1940) and the Greek Football Cup in 1939
Sklavounos was capped 8 times by the National Football Team of Greece.
After his playing days were over, Sklavounos launched a new career as a singer with some success.
