Alekos Livaditis was a Greek stage and screen actor.

Livaditis was born in Athens on December 15, 1914. He graduated Trade school but chose instead to act, making his debut in 1940 in the Finos Films movie "The song of separation". He made his stage debut two years later.

Over all, he acted in 15 film comedies and even directed one - "100,000 sovereigns" - in 1948.

As a stage actor he toured all of Greece as well as Cyprus and Istanbul.

He was honoured for bravery by King George II and for his acting by King Paul.

Livaditis died of an aneurism on March 23, 1980.

He was the husband of Rena Dor and uncle of actor Thanos Livaditis.
