The Minister for Defence of Cyprus is a civilian government minister responsible for the running of the Ministry of Defence (Greek Υπουργείο Άμυνας) which manages the Military of Cyprus.
The mission of the Ministry of Defence is to safeguard the security and territorial integrity of Cyprus.
The current minister is Fotis Fotiou.
