Christos Karkamanis is a former Greek football goalkeeper.
Karkamanis was born in 1969. He played for:
- Aris: (1987-1997)
- Iraklis: (1997-1999)
- Edessaikos: (1999-2000)
- Trikala FC: (2000-2002)
- Kozani FC: (2002-2003)
- Poseidon Neoi Poroi: (2003-2004)
- Olympiakos Volos: (2004-2006)
During his career, Karkamanis was capped 10 times and was a member of the squad that competed in the finals of WC 1994.
