Nikoletta Kyriakopoulou is a Greek woman pole vault athlete.

Kyriakopoulou was born on March 21, 1986 in Athens. She is currently an athlete of EA Rethymniakos.

Her current personal record is 4.50m which she established in Pescara on June 30, 2009 to win the gold medal in the 2009 Mediterranean Games.
