Clement (Greek Κλήμης) was a clergyman of the 17th century who served briefly as Patriarch of Constantinople.

Clement served as Metropolitan of Iconium before becoming Patriarch on September 9, 1667. He was dethroned on October 21, of that same year, after members of the Holy Synod appealed to the Sultan.
