A Greek-Canadian is a citizen of Canada who has significant Greek heritage. According to the 1996 Canadian Census, 203,354 Canadians were born in Greece (this number excludes ethnic Greeks not born in Greece, and includes non-Greeks born in Greece). As of 2003, there were an estimated 320,000 Canadians of Greek heritage.
