The Peace and Friendship Stadium is used for basketball, athletics, volleyball, team handball, weightlifting, boxing, wrestling, gymnastics etc. It has also been the venue of many concerts and other artistic performances.

Its capacity is 12,000 for athletics, 15,000 for basketball and 20,000 for concerts. It is the home of Olympiakos BC since 1992.
