Stephanos Stephanopoulos (1898 - 1982) was a Greek political figure. Stephanopoulos was born into a family from Elis prefecture, Peloponnesus, that produced several politicians. He was a moderate conservative, and had served as a cabinet member during Alexandros Papagos' government (and even served as acting Prime Minister for a day after the latter's death on October 4, 1955).

On 17 September 1965, he became Prime Minister of Greece, supported by conservatives and defecting members of the Center Union party. After ERE withdrew their support, his government fell on December 22 1966.

Stephanopoulos died on October 6, 1982.
