Aristotelis "Aris" Karasavvidis is a former Greek football player.
Karasavvidis was born on March 13, 1965. He played as a forward for PAOK Thessaloniki from 1984 until 1989 when he transferred to Apollon Athens. In 1993, he returned to PAOK for one season before ending his career at Lamia FC.
During his career, Karasavvidis was capped five times by the National Football Team of Greece. He was also a member of the Under-21 squad that won second place in Europe in 1988. In fact, he scored four goals againt Holland in the semi-final 5-0 victory that qualified Greece for the final game.
Aris Karasavvidis had a brother - Theofilos who was also a football player.
