Takis Papetas was a Cypriot football forward of the late 1960s - 1970s era.

Papetas was born on February 18, 1953. He played for ASI Lysi between the years 1968 and 1972. Next, he played for Olympiakos Lefkosia from 1972 till 1976.

In 1982 he returned to Cyprus to play for Olympiakos Lefkosia once again and Keravnos Strovolos where he ended his playing career in 1989.
