Manolis Kefalogiannis is a Greek politician, recently Minister for Mercantile Marine of the Greek Republic.

Kefalogiannis was born in Crete on May 25, 1959. He studied Economics in the University of Athens with postgraduate studies in Reading University and the London School of Economics.

He was elected MP, under the banner of New Democracy, in 1990 and has been reelected in 1993, 1996, 2000 and 2004.

On March 10, 2004 Kefalogiannis was appointed Minister for Mercantile Marine, a post he held until January 2009.
