Megas Alexandros Katerini was a football club, established in 1922, that is now defunct. The clubs' colours were blue and yellow.
Megas Alexandros participated in the first Football A Division National championship (1959 - 1960). They finished 15th (next-to-last) and were relegated. In 1961, they merged with Olympus Katerini to form Pierikos.
