Loukas Vyntra is a Czech-born Greek football defender, currently playing for Lamia.

Vyntra was born on February 5, 1981, in Albrechtice of the Czech Republic. He started his football career at Almopos Aridaia and later joined Paniliakos. Vyntra was loaned out to Veria FC, returning to Paniliakos in the 2003 football season. In the middle of that season, he transferred to Panathinaikos.

After 10 years Vyntra went abroad in 2013 to play for Spanish side Levante for two season, Israeli side Hapoel Tell Aviv for one season and Omonoia FC for three seasons. In 2019 he returned to Greece to play for newly promoted Lamia.

Vyntra has been capped 57 times by the National Football Team of Greece.
