Founded in the southern Salonica suburb of Kalamaria, Apollon are considered the club of Pontian Greeks who left their Black Sea homeland in 1922 and resettled in Salonica. Colours: Red and black. They have participated several times in the Greek A' National League but have yet to achieve any distinctions.
