Stavros Papadopoulos is a Cypriot football coach and former player.

Papadopoulos was born on September 6, 1953, in Larnaca, Cyprus. He joined Pezoporikos, making his debut in the 1970 season as a centre forward. In the summer of 1974, he transferred to Alpha Ethniki club Ethnikos Piraeus where he was converted into a centre back. A little later, in 1977, he made the move to Olympiakos. With Olympiakos, he won four championships before returning to Cyprus in 1986. There, he won a Cypriot championship with Pezoporikos in 1988 and retired a year later.

Papadopoulos later coached among others the National Football Team of Cyprus, Ermis Aradippou and Alki Larnaca.
