Yiannis Maniatis is a Greek football defender.

Maniatis was born on October 12, 1986. He played for Thiva FC until he was acquired in 2004 by Panionios. The following season Maniatis was established as a regular and went on contribute to the club until January 2011 when he transferred to Olympiakos.

On the international level, Maniatis was a regular on the Under-21 side from 2006 until 2008. He made his senior debut on August 11, 2010 in a friendly against Serbia in Belgrade.
