Antonis Minou

Antonis Minou is a former Greek football goalkeeper of the 1980s - 1990s era.

Minou was born on May 4, 1958. He started playing football for Almopos Aridaia FC until 1980 when he was acquired by Kastoria to replace Nikos Sarganis who had gone to Olympiakos.

In 1982, Minou was transferred to Panathinaikos where he became the regular keeper until 1988. That year, he moved to cross-town rivals AEK. In 1993, he moved yet again to Apollon Athens where he ended his career in 1996.

During his playing career, Minou was capped 16 times by the National Football Team of Greece. He was a member of the squad that competed in World Cup 1994 in the US.

Minou served as interim head coach of AEK in 1998. He has since served in various assistant coaching positions.
