Kostas Orfanidis is a former Greek football forward who played in the 1960s.

Orfanidis was born in Katacha, Pieria prefecture. He signed for Megas Alexandros Katerini, and played for them in their lone season in the Alpha Ethniki (1960-61). After his club merged with Olympus Katerini, in 1961, to form Pierikos, Orfanidis played for Pierikos until 1965 when he transferred to Ethnikos Piraeus.

In 1969, Orfanidis returned to Pierikos where he ended his career in 1970.

Orfanidis scored the very first goal of Pierikos in the Alpha Ethniki: it came on September 23, 1962 in a 1-1 draw against Apollon Athens at Rizoupolis Stadium.
