Antonis Paragios was a Greek football defender of the late-1940s - 1950s era.
Paragios was born in 1929 and played for AEK. He won the Greek Football Cup three times: in 1949, 1950 and 1956.
He was capped twice by the National Football Team of Greece.
Paragios died on November 28, 2023.
