Christos Michail is a former football goalkeeper of the 1980s - 1990s era.

Michail was born on July 15, 1962 in Serres, Macedonia, Greece. He started his professional career at Panserraikos, transferring to AE Larisa in 1980.

In the beginning, Michail lived in the shadow of Giorgos Plitsis but he became the regular keeper in 1988 after Plitsis' departure for Olympiakos.

Michail was the goalkeeper of Larisa's league-winning club in the 1988 Football Championship.

In 1994, he joined Ionikos but the following year he re-joined Larisa as a backup goalie.

In December 1996, he moved on to Apollon Larisa, retiring after one season.

During his career, Michail was capped once by the National Football Team of Greece.
