Antonis Migiakis

Born on October 23, 1911, Antonis Migiakis was a star forward (outside-right) for Panathinaikos in the 1930s. He debuted for the greens in 1928 and is probably best remembered for his memorable performance in his team's 8-2 victory over Olympiakos. He scored the 7th goal of Panathinaikos.

During his career, he was capped 17 times (a record at that time), scoring 3 goals, for the National Football Team of Greece. He served as team captain for the last six of those games.

Migiakis served as Panathinaikos' coach for the 1960 season leading them to the first Alpha Ethniki championship. He also served as coach for the National Football Team during the 1950s.
