The Hellenic Republic Ministry of Culture (official name) or Greek Ministry of Culture (Greek Υπουργείο Πολιτισμού) is "the governmental body responsible for cultural heritage and the Arts in Greece". It was founded in September 1971.
The current Minister of Culture is Antonis Samaras.
